**Responsibilities**
- Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
- Sell floral products and services while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas.
- Manage inventory levels of flowers, supplies, and equipment.
- Operate POS systems for transactions and manage e-commerce orders when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
- Handle landscape maintenance tasks as needed to enhance outdoor displays.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and workflow efficiently.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- A creative eye for design and attention to detail in floral arrangements.
