**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, funerals, and special occasions.
- Maintain the appearance of the shop by ensuring flowers are fresh and displays are visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising to promote sales effectively.
- Engage in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all plants are healthy and thriving.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms to manage online orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a positive shopping environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering duties is required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Pay: $17.85-$23.93 per hour
