Continental Flowers is looking for a passionate and reliable **Florist** to join our team

**Requirements**:

- Must speak **English**
- **1+ years** of retail florist experience
- Ability to **lift up to 40 lbs**
- Comfortable being **on your feet 5+ hours per day**
- Must be able to work independently and manage shop duties alone
- Flexibility to work **extra hours during busy seasons (e.g. holidays, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day)**

**Job Details**:

- Shifts available **Sunday to Saturday, 10am - 9pm**
- Shifts are **5 to 7 hours long**
- **10-25 hours per week**
- Duties include:

- Selling flowers and assisting customers
- Creating bouquets and floral arrangements
- Taking care of plants and processing flowers
- General shop upkeep and cleaning

**Compensation**:

- Wage will be determined based on **experience, skill level, and performance**

Pay: $17.85-$21.85 per hour
