As an integral part of the sales and advice team at our branches, this position requires excellent member service and the ability to effectively assess members’ financial needs, As an MSR, you will be responsible assisting our members with their day-to-day banking needs, including cash transactions and bill payments. Attending to member needs by answering questions and making referrals to a Financial Service Officer or Branch Manager. Accountable for personal and branch assigned goals and targets. Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members.

We are looking for someone who:

- Understands the Credit Union philosophies and principles
- Sound knowledge of Financial products and procedures
- Knowledge of registered products such as RRSP and TFSA
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to actively listen, empathize, ask questions and respond appropriately
- Able to build and maintain relationships with our members
- Detail oriented
- A minimum of two years of Customer service and cash handling experience
- Promotes service excellence
- Ability to be part of a team
- Computer literate

**Salary**: $39,250.00-$43,550.00 per year
