**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming Clients**: Warmly welcome clients as they enter the salon, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Manage the appointment book efficiently, scheduling nail services, and accommodating client preferences.
- **Handling Payments**: Process payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for clients.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about salon services, products, and promotions to assist clients effectively.
- **Assisting Nail Technicians**: Support nail technicians with client check-ins, ensuring smooth transitions between appointments.
- **Resolving Client Issues**: Address client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or willingness to learn.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a friendly, positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
