**FRESCHE SOLUTIONS IS** LOOKING FOR A CONTRACT MANAGER - **REMOTE POSITION**

**What you will be doing**:
You will have a key role as you will be responsible for processing onboarding of contracts, following the support contract throughout its life cycle, and serving as a main point of contact for customers for administrative needs.

**In your day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring quotes and supporting sales reps in creation of quotes to customers,
- Creating service agreements for customer signature and sending terms and conditions to customers using signature tracking software,
- Receiving new signed agreements and setting up contracts in a CRM system based on SLA, term, billing frequency and type,
- Confirming cost for support of contract and creating associated sales orders and purchase orders,
- Draft addendums for active contracts, onboarding, invoicing, and closing addendum activity,
- Maintain and review contract reporting - cross reference our internal CRM system with accounting and contract documents,
- Provide documentation during audits related to the customer’s current contract status

**What you should have**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in contract / subcontract management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Contract Management, or related field is preferrable
- Sales Force experience: an asset
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the US and/or Canada
