Apex Home Solutions is a reputable renovation company specializing in residential and commercial projects in Winnipeg. We're seeking a skilled Project Lead to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality results.

**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a Project Lead with 2+ years of hands-on experience in various trades, including kitchen cabinet installation, painting, flooring installation, and drywall installation. As a Trades Helper, you'll assist our experienced tradespeople in completing projects efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installing kitchen cabinets, drywall, flooring, and painting
- Prepare work areas, materials, and tools for projects
- Perform tasks as directed by senior tradespeople
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in trades (kitchen cabinet installation, painting, flooring installation, drywall installation)
- Own vehicle and basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, tape measure, level, hard hat, steel toe boots)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver materials
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Out of town / travel required.

**Compensation**:

- $22-$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
