The role involves coordinating and scheduling lectures, overseeing curriculum development, and managing the MCQ team to ensure high-quality content and delivery. Responsibilities also include fostering student engagement through discussion groups and online forums, addressing student concerns to enhance satisfaction, and continuously improving course materials and teaching methods based on feedback and industry trends. **Hours and Location**: Full-time (40 hours per week) 4 days/week - PharmAchieve's head office (30 Lesmill Rd, North York) 1 day/week - Flexibility of working from home or PharmAchieve's head office Occasional weekend and evening work required (2-3 times per month) **Duties**: **Course Coordination & Scheduling**: Organize and schedule lectures, ensuring smooth delivery of the program **Curriculum Development**: Oversee and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of course materials and content **Team Leadership**: Manage and support the MCQ team, providing guidance and ensuring quality control **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and ensure high standards of education and content delivery **Discussion Group Management**: Oversee discussion groups, including managing WhatsApp groups and online Q&A forums to foster student engagement **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure students' needs and concerns are addressed promptly to enhance their learning experience **Continuous Improvement**: Actively implement strategies to improve course content and delivery based on feedback and industry best practices **Qualifications**: - **Licensed Pharmacist**: Must be a licensed pharmacist with a Canadian license in good standing.
