**BI Needed - West Vancouver**

Posting on behalf of my client:

- We are looking for a behaviour interventionist (BI) to implement a home based ABA program focusing on teaching social skills and academics. You would be working 1:1 with the student in their home.

No experience necessary - training and supervision will be provided by Sarah Dungait (BCBA).

This is a great opportunity for those studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and other related disciplines.

Applicants must:
**Be fun and engaging**
Motivated to learn.
Be at least 19yrs old.
Have a clear criminal record check.
Be reliable.
Be willing to commit to 12-months minimum.
Must be available to attend monthly team meetings.

Here is a little info about the team:
**West Vancouver (West Bay) -**
- You would be working with a sweet 5yr old Autistic girl, teaching social skills, self-help skills and academics.
- You would be required to pick her up preferably from school at 3pm and take her home to run the session. There may be some flexibility to pick up from after-school care a little later if needed.
- During the nicer weather, there will be opportunities to work on social skills after school in the playground before heading home for the remainder of the session.
- We are looking to cover 2-3 sessions per week; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Ideally 3-5 / 3-5.30pm.
- Due to location and requirement of school pick up, applicants should have their own vehicle.

**Please note intervention is delivered in person. There are no options for remote sessions for these clients.**

Compensation will be based on experience.
