Are you someone who is passion about children and would like to make a difference? Nenno Behaviour Consultation (NBCS) is seeking a Behaviour Interventionist/ Mentor to join our team.
We offer in-person and online sessions to support families of neurodivergent children, including those with Autism and diverse behavioural or mental health needs. Our approach is rooted in respect for each child’s individuality, focusing on affirming and compassionate strategies to empower families and children alike.

**Our Approach**
Every plan we create begins with your child’s and family’s individual strengths and challenges in mind. Our neurodivergent-affirming approach includes evidence-based, family-centered methods such as Attachment Theory and Play-Based Learning. We emphasize relational connections, believing that children learn best when they are actively engaged, interested, and supported by people they trust. By focusing on connection, curiosity, and respect, we strive to create meaningful growth for children and families alike.
- 1:1 work with your child to work implementing goals that the child is working on (Child’s personal individualized program plans)
- 1:1 meeting with the child in person
- Maintaining a professionalism and ethical standards with families, school, and the community
- Communicating and working collaboratively with the consultant on the team - we believe that the consultant and mentor roles are equally as important and both should work as a team towards predetermined goals.
- This is a part-time position but can move to a full-time position as clients require additional supports._
