Details below;
- The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems.
- The HRIS Specialist manages HR data, including employee records, payroll, and time off.
- This position will support ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to HR as well as the entire company.
- Responsible for resolving system issues, provides guidance to end users, managing software implementation projects, performing system enhancements, system maintenance, system testing, system upgrades, operational reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements while ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate HR processes.
- Maintains data quality of HRIS, including proper data security, by performing regular data audits and resolving any data integrity issues.
- Develop training resources, guides, process documents leveraging available technologies.
- Assist with business analysis to define, design, document, test, and deploy features in Workday that propose viable solutions or improved processes.
- Preferred Asset: HRIS Analyst certification from Workday, or from other providers such as the Information Professional Certification (HRIP) from the International Association of Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM).
Technical Skill & Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Experience and relevant data analytics, i.e. HRIS System such as Workday.
- Knowledge of HR operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with report writing and database management.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures with a broad knowledge of all aspects of human resources management systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
