**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install and replace automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precise installations.
- Perform thorough inspections of glass installations to guarantee quality and safety standards.
- Handle heavy lifting of glass materials while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to glass installation and repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding glass services.

**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the automotive industry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during glass installation processes.
- Previous experience working in a dealership or as a mechanic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
