**Inside Sales Representative**

Whitebird is a leading distributor and manufacturer of corrugated solutions, packaging, sanitation, safety, and shipping supplies headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario. Our employee culture is valuable to us, and our honesty and integrity has a direct effect on our success.

Our Hamilton office is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, primarily focused on growing our custom corrugated digital print business. Whitebird is growing and can offer future development opportunities within our company.

This position is not offered as remote and is assigned to work from our office at 690 Rennie St in Hamilton.

- Expected on target earnings (OTE) between $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and years in role.
- Compensation will include a base salary plus a commission percentage.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow accounts in a large pre-existing customer base, and prospect new customers within a team-based sales structure.
- Sell Whitebird product supplies to companies of all sizes, from home business to global enterprise businesses.
- Call customers to understand their requirements, buying cycles, competition, etc.
- Develop your own plan and KPIs to hit monthly targets: eg, go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation requirements, marketing requirements.
- Adhere to management reporting and planning rigor, including proper use of systems such as a CRM, producing sales plans, forecasts, and proper pipeline management.
- May be required to visit customers in person on occasion
- Process orders and support Customer Service where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of inside or outside sales— supply sales strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proven track record of being a top sales performer.
- Compensation and targets will be determined by experience, fit, performance and other criteria that will be made available during the interview process._s, and our honesty and integrity has a direct effect on our success.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
