**Role Profile**

The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our growth objectives. We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.

They are responsible for increasing sales by facilitating orders, processing invoices and accounts receivable, and working towards the sales team’s monthly target. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**A typical day as a Inside Sales Representative includes**:

- This is a part time hybrid position working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm_
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
- Maintain and expand current database of prospects within the province.
- Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls in a set call pattern (master route) focused on specific, value focused objectives
- Effectively planning daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly based goals and distribution objective
- Create and maintain all territory analyses and record keeping as required, including account history and data
- Follow up on all service related issues and opportunities in a thorough and timely manner
- Participate in sales meetings by voicing customer facings insights and concerns
- Investigate missing, incorrect and/or incomplete orders using available information and work with third party distribution partners
- Provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and follow established policies
- Establish customer loyalty and retention by responding to customer inquiries quickly and respectfully, and making appropriate beer recommendations
- Assist in generating sales and accounts receivable reports for the sales team and management
- Assist in inter-company balance resolution prior to month end close
- May be required to assist with local Hamilton based deliveries
- Input sales orders into ordering system
- Manage inventory to ensure all orders are maximized
- Daily communication with the Sales Team and Sales Management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong phone presence
- Data entry and attention to detail skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to adapt and overcome in the face of adversity
- Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred
- Inside sales experience is an asset
- Commitment to building effective internal relationships with all stakeholders (Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Senior Management)
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounting programs is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
