We are currently seeking **hard-working, hungry inside sales reps** to join our **fun money-making team**

**Please note this is not a work-from-home position* Some weekends will be required**

This role will have a starting base rate of **$16.00/hr to $17.00/hr + additional commissions plus bonuses**

In addition, there is a **performance-based incentive plan** with the ability to earn a lot more

**Primary responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying prospective customers and setting up appointments for our sales specialists.**
- Outbound calls to book appointments with hot leads/potential prospects
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas of qualified appointments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year outbound Call Centre, inside sales or outside sales experience, or lead generation
- Professional and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed performance and targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude & team player
- Results-orientated
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
