**Applicant Requirements**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, and reliable transportation to and from the dispatch location
- Previous experience in winter works operations is considered an asset
- Available to be on call 24/7
- Ability to remain flexible with shift schedules, extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays)

**Compensation**
- Compensation for this position $20/hr, depending on experience and reliability
- Forest Ridge Landscaping offers employees a **stand by amount of $560.00 biweekly pay** throughout the winter season.

**Salary**: $20.00+ per hour
