**Employment Type**: Permanent Full-Time (35 Hours per week)

**Job Summary**:
The Integrated Women’s Entrepreneurship Project is a multi-regional project that supports underserved women entrepreneurs to gain access to trainings, advisory and resources that they need to start up business, scale up and access new markets. The Project Assistant provides administrative support to ensure that day-to-day operations are maintained.

**Reports to**: Project Manager

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and maintains office supplies and equipment inventory
- Maintains the organization and neatness of office
- Receives clients and handles enquiries
- Handles client intakes
- Performs data entries
- Manages databases and compiles statistics for reporting
- Maintains digital and physical filing systems
- Assists with venue/appointment bookings and classroom set-up
- Supports webinar hosting, such as taking participants’ attendance
- Handles agency accounting procedures (e.g. payments, purchase orders and inventory records)
- Assists in the development of reporting templates
- Assists with conducting surveys and researches
- Updates community resources on a regular basis
- Participates and prepares meeting minutes
- Assists in service promotion and digital marketing
- Assists in the maintenance and update of program websites
- Assists in the implementation of health and safety guidelines in the workplace as per internal policies and provincial regulations

**Education,** **Training and** **Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary education with related experience
- Knowledge of social services field an asset
- Experience in customer services and office administration
- Experience in administrative and accounting practices
- Experience in Paramount Workplace accounting tool an asset
- Experience in social media usage
- Possess working knowledge of entrepreneurship ecosystems and business community resources an asset
- Conceptual understanding of the relevance of women entrepreneurship

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work in a dynamic team
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop tables, flow charts, and infographics for presentations
- Ability to work accurately with numbers
- Excellent research and report writing skills
- Ability to compile statistics
- High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent skills in record management with clear understanding of data security and confidentiality
- Ability to support women entrepreneurs
- Additional Languages are an asset
