**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or related field
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Experience working with construction industry software such as Bluebeam for document management
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
