**Recruiting for**:

- **Roller Operator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily FLHA's
- Successfully operator roller over surfaces to be compacted, rolling asphalt to desired compaction and smoothness
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Have a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team setting
- Always able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Operator equipment safely and efficiently
- Check to make sure equipment functions properly

**Job Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience operating Finish Roller and/or Breakdown Roller
- Knowledge of Rollers and other heavy equipment
- Smartphone (iPhone 7 or Android 8 OS, or newer)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work in a team setting

- Paving: 2 years (preferred)
