**Paving Crew**

**For the paving crew, we are currently looking for**:

- ** Paving**: Lead hand, Break Down Roller Operator, Finish Roller Operator, Paver Operator, Rakerman, Screed Operator, Skid Steer Operator, Tack Truck Operator
- ** Various**: Labourer, Flagger, Water Truck Driver

**Key Information**:

- ** Must have 1 to 2 years of industrial or civil construction or equivalent experience.**:

- ** Must be able handle and distribute construction materials to and from work areas.**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent**:

- ** Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on various schedules.**:

- **Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- **Health benefits and vacation pay offered.**

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- A valid drivers license (class 5) is required.
- An outgoing and optimistic personality.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work overtime, when necessary.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**:

- Proficient English language skills required.
