**O'Hanlon Paving a proud member of The Fath Group of Companies, **has been a key player in the Edmonton, road construction industry for over 65 years. We are currently looking for enthusiastic & experienced base crew personnel (roller operators, labourers, packers, medium duty trucks, mixers and other heavy duty equipment operators) to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in various locations throughout **Edmonton**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the crews with equipment operating or labourer duties
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labour
- Safe operation of equipment
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Some experience in the operation of construction type base-operations related equipment will be an asset
- Some labourer experience assisting crews and operating base equipment will be required
- knowledge of municipal road building industry will be an asset
- Ability to work continuously for prolonged periods of time is required
- Interest in training & learning equipment for growth opportunity is required
- Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to commute to job sites
- High attention to detail, ability to always communicate in a courteous and professional manner and ability to follow directions is required
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Valid safety certifications

**Additional Information**:

- This position is eligible for over-time.
- Some travel outside of Edmonton may be required.
- Training will be provided for various activities.
- We offer excellent wages and benefit eligibility after 3 months with the possibility of continuing your benefits during the winter months (off-season).
- There is potential for on-call work during the winter months during snow removal and early spring sweeping season.
