The Manufacturing Planner is responsible to ensure that materials are available to meet the production schedule. They are responsible for material deliveries from project work order release to the shipping of the equipment to the end user. This includes communicating with internal departments and outside resources to make sure the production and equipment testing timelines are met.

The manufacturing planner is responsible for putting forth a manufacturing schedule with all the material deliverables for the entire life cycle of the manufacturing build and testing. This includes scheduling main components deliveries in advance so the manufacturing process can begin.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan the execution of the Stilmas Americas manufacturing schedule by:

- Reviewing work orders when they are released.
- Verifying on hand materials are picked and allocated to the project in the ERP system in a timely manner. Assist with picking if required.
- Printing equipment pick list from the ERP system and assist with picking if required.
- Printing production work orders from ERP system and collect engineering documentation to begin the build.
- Meeting with welding foreman as work orders are released to review the work order, engineering documentation, inform them of any outstand materials, build timelines and factory acceptance testing details.
- Collecting all quality weld documentation and electronic weld logs once production is complete, verify the information is completed and provide it to the documentation department.
- Collecting all factory acceptance documentation, verify the information is completed and present it to the project manager.
- Communicating to the material manager the equipment is ready for packaging
- Communicating with the quality department the equipment is ready for inspection.
- Attend and or lead daily production meetings
- Attend and or lead daily materials meetings
- Attend and or lead weekly manufacturing scheduling meetings
- Proactively communicate with project managers and project engineers on status of project on daily/weekly basis.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
Minimum Qualifications
- College Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing
- 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and materials management systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Ability to work well under pressure, time constraints and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work and influence across functional teams.
- Possess initiative and creative skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of process water treatment.

**Salary**: From $73,502.00 per year
