**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production.
- Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
- Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.

**Skills**
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about various cooking methods.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
- Solid understanding of food service operations within a restaurant setting.
- Expertise in kitchen management, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
