We are a beautiful, newly renovated club centrally located in Edmonton’s striking river valley, serving private members in a multi-recreational facility.

An opportunity has just opened up for a part time Member Services Representative. The front desk position is the primary point of contact as members and guests enter the Club, and sets the tone for a warm, welcoming and positive experience for all members and guests.

We provide an exceptional work environment, with some fun infused into our work. If you have flexibility and able to work various shifts, on days, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with experience providing professional and exceptional service, we want to hear from you to be considered for this unique opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating the member experience by being personable, knowledgeable and approachable in all interactions with members.
- Acting as the central source of information for members and guests regarding club activity and taking responsibility for learning about all of the services which the club offers.
- Assisting with program registrations, cancellations, club services and court bookings.
- Selling and stocking pro-shop items and assisting members with purchases.
- Updating and communicating membership changes.
- Assist members in their needs for all areas of the club.
- Using proper telephone etiquette and directing calls/inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Using proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
- Handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution.

**Requirements**:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administration skills
- Proficient or familiar with computerized systems
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
