We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our team for an 18 month contract with the potential to become permanent. As a Property Administrator with Cannon Greco Management, you will assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of various condominium corporations and complete various administrative tasks.

Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: St. Catharines, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of various condominium corporations;
- Keep accurate records of financial and administrative data, such as receipts and invoices;
- Issue work orders and follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Type and distribute minutes from meetings;
- Draft letters and other correspondence;
- Communicate with residents and contractors on a daily basis;
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met;
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience in property management or administration is an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software;
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: To be determined based on experience and qualifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
