We are looking for a full-time Condominium Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties in the Niagara Region.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As a Condominium Property Manager, the incumbent will manage a portfolio of residential properties and be responsible for the relationship with and management of our clients. The incumbent will also handle the day to day administrative, financial, operational and maintenance management for the properties within their portfolio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner;
- Liaise, communicate and meet with the Board of Directors of each Condominium Corporation within the portfolio;
- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio;
- Conducting meetings and meeting administration (e.g. prepare meeting agendas, follow up with accurate minutes). Some evening meetings required.
- Administering financial matters of the portfolio including preparation of annual budgets, analyzing expenses, review invoices and ensure account allocations are correct.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Property Management (condominium management experience preferred) - 1 to 3 years’ experience;
- Knowledge of the _Condominium Act;_
- Financial and budgetary management;
- Resident and Board of Director relations;
- Property inspections and Board meeting expectations;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes and regulations;
- Must have applied for their Condominium Management General License;

Competitive Salary

**Salary**: $50,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience
