Property Administrator required for busy property management office in St. Catharines. If you are self-motivated and like a fast paced environment then this is the opportunity for you. You will be assisting the Property Manager in the day to day operations of various condominium corporations and completing various administrative tasks such as keeping accurate records, issuing work orders, typing minutes, and drafting letters. You will communicate with residents and contractors daily and must be able to multi task. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Please state salary expectations when applying.
