Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

_**Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant**_
Medical Centre in Orleans looking for: Professional, reliable **Bookkeeper** with strong knowledge of accounting and **QuickBooks, HST, WSIB, payroll submission and source deduction, AP and AR, and Bank and credit card reconciliations. Reseponsible for full circle accounting. **Duties may also will include some **office administration** and **staff management** responsibilities.
This will be a **regular part-time contract position leading to full time**. Reliability and Confidentiality a must. Salary to be negotiated and will be reviewed.
Qualifications**:
- Trustworthy and ethical and tactful with a focus on security and confidentiality;**
- **Proficient in QuickBooks**
**- Familiar with Ceridian Payroll Processing**
**- Proficient in Excel and Spreadsheet Formulas**
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
- In-depth working knowledge of computer software including MS Word and Excel
- Work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Professional and courteous communication skills;
- Attention to detail with documents, reporting, schedules, filing, etc;
- Passion to grow professionally and contribute to company growth;
- Long term commitment to the position;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Excellent team, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Bilingual English-French is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 18-38 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
