We are a dynamic custom apparel print shop dedicated to helping our customers bring their creative visions to life through high-quality printed products. We're looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Position Overview**: We're seeking a personable and detail-oriented Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers from initial inquiry through final delivery. This role combines customer service, sales, order management, and light production support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Greet and assist walk-in clients with their custom apparel needs
- **Order Processing**: Manage online orders from placement through completion
- **Project Management**: Oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- **Production Support**: Assist with various production tasks as needed
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of sales and customer service experience
- **Personal Skills**: Strong people skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for accuracy and quality in all work
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- **Transportation**: Valid driver's license required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in print shop or custom apparel industry
- Familiarity with order management systems
