**Position Overview**:
As a Project Associate within our Building Restoration Consulting Team, you'll play a vital part in delivering outstanding service and solutions to our clients. You'll be immersed in a collaborative environment and gain hands-on experience in a range of project phases while representing _Sense Engineering_ with a level of professionalism and dedication that sets us apart in the industry.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Attitude: Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit. Take ownership of your work and focus on providing solutions.
- Marketing: Represent Sense Engineering professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors and other consultants.
- Knowledge Development: Enhance your understanding of building science, life cycle analysis and costing while sharing insights and lessons learned with the team.

**Technical Responsibilities**:

- Assist in building evaluations, site reviews, and investigations.
- Support project coordination and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare evaluation reports, construction documents, and project proposals.
- Represent _Sense _at client meetings and other networking functions with a commitment to exceptional service standards.
- Other duties as assigned/required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Restoration Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail coupled with a client-centric mindset.
- Team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to creative thinking and approaching challenges from fresh perspectives, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.

- Base Salary Range is $65,000 to $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
- This position is eligible for profit sharing bonuses based on company and individual performance, increasing the estimated total compensation range to $70,000 to $90,000.
