**Your role as an IAM Functional Analyst**:

- Identify groups that will become items in the Bank's access catalogues
- Identify procedures to approve, certify and remove access
- Produce the processes and procedures related to using IIQ (access requests, certification, catalogue) and keep them updated
- Contribute to the implementation of the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) process
- Follow up with governance stakeholders
- Produce documentation in Confluence and keep stories up to date in Jira
- Assist the PO in prioritizing and preparing deliverables.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or other degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
- You have good knowledge of user experience concepts, measures, and adoption
- You are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and leading change
- You are comfortable producing documentation in business and user language
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in plain language
- You are interested in cybersecurity and its processes
- You have a good knowledge of French (verbal/written); knowledge of English, a definite asset, as you will regularly do business with partners and service providers across Canada
