Health and Safety Coordinator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs and oversee the joint health and safety program for a growing team of approximately 20 employees
- Oversee the duties required by Human Resources
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions, fostering open communication regarding safety concerns among staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a safety-related role or similar position within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective training development and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using safety management software or tools is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
