Dealer-FX is the exclusive or preferred service technology provider for Stellantis, Nissan and several other OEMs in the US and Canada and has more than 2,000 dealership clients.
Using market insight and marketing best practices you will work closely with your Dealer-FX counterparts to define innovative marketing communication campaigns to our internal and external clients. You will work with the Senior Director of Marketing to help plan and execute the go-to-market strategy ensuring that product positioning, program benefits and target customers are clearly identified and understood.
A **Manager of Product Marketing** should be a marketing professional with an advanced understanding of behavior trends and the ability generate creative ideas. You will be passionate about your field and well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. You will be a key driver in assessing market opportunity and developing the customer value proposition for target audiences
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help grow and retain dealers on our OEM specific programs.
**Responsibilities**:
**_ A Day in the Life:_**
- Own weekly go-to-market launches, delivering a high-quality messaging that communicates the value of new or enhanced functionality.
- Manage strategic initiatives and program to drive new customer adoption and help existing customers get more value out of our product
- Work proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers and products
- Work closely with the internal Marketing and Product teams to ensure flawless execution and communication on every element of the initiatives. This role is the ‘keeper’ of the corporate brand approach & guidelines within the company and to ensure the consistency of all assets.
- Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with our staff to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- Identify challenges within existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Liaise with external vendors to execute industry events and campaigns
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.)
- Support the ongoing growth of new products and services
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Qualifications:
**_ What You’ll Bring:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ Years of Marketing Communications Experience
- Strong team player with the ability to manage within the confines of a corporate process/ procedures
- Experience in digital marketing, traditional media and with vendor management
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Well-organized and detail oriented
