Product Support Specialist

**Overview**
Harding is an Edmonton based manufacturer and distributor of electronic systems including digital intercom systems, fire panel systems, and other electronic systems. We are looking for an Electrician, Electronic Technician, or Controls Technician to join our support team in providing assistance to end users to design, install, and troubleshoot these systems.
Note that this is not a general computer or IT Technical Support position, this is for technical support for end users of custom electronic systems.
**Responsibilities**
This position will also be involved with providing training courses to customers for the design, installation, and maintenance of these systems.
**Skills**
The applicant must have an electrician, electronic, control systems, instrumentation, or related diploma from a technical institute, college, or university, and a basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, and experience in networking, digital telephony, fire panel systems, or installation of electrical equipment would be an asset.
The applicant must be willing and able to travel within Canada and the United States for occasional off-site support or training.
Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
