**Position Summary**

We’re on the lookout for a **meticulous, detailed and experienced Baker** to join our production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and has a deep love for the art of baking. You’ll work closely with our baking crew to produce high-quality baked goods that reflect our standards and passion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to a consistently high standard
- Follow and improve recipes with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain a **clean**, **organized**, and safe work environment
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality
- Support team members and collaborate to meet daily production goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in opening and closing duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker in a professional wholesale bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- **Exceptional** attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift heavy bags of flour, stand for long periods, and work early shifts
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must have reliable transportation (location is transit-accessible but flexibility is ideal)
- Must be flexible with schedule (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

**Pay**
- Ranges from $20 to $25 per hour (negotiable)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
