_**Begonia Bakehouse**_ is a new and exciting French inspired artisan bakery. We are looking for an experienced Baker who is independently motivated and can work as part of a team. Good time management and communication skills are a must.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Early morning production, baking all bread and pastries
- Properly and safely use all equipment (Mixer, Oven, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with other team members ensuring timelines are met.
- Assisting with bread production and other pastries within the bakery.

**To join our team, you’ll need**:

- Ability to work an early morning shift
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to self-manage and problem solve
- Ability to complete recipe calculations
- Ability to read and follow recipe directions
- Ability to meet daily production requirements
- Strong attention to details
- Cleanliness
- Able to lift 20kg repeatedly and able to stand for full shift

**Education**:
High school diploma. Formal baking training is an asset.

**Experience**:

- Baking of pastries and bread.

**Hours of Work**:
Early morning, 3:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Thursday - Sunday. Wednesday, later start based on production.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Morning shift

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
