**THE POSITION**

The Supervisor, Fan Experience role plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the fan experience and security teams across all CSEC venues and events. In collaboration with department leadership and Human Resources, this role drives continuous improvement in the administration and execution of recruitment, onboarding, training and employee communications programs and experiences. This position also provides support in maintaining operational documentation, contributing to industry best practices and innovation research for fan experience and security programs and operating strategies.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- In partnership with security and fan experience team leadership and human resources, drive continuous improvement of the recruitment and onboarding experience and processes for part-time fan experience and security teams.
- Aligning with CSEC University, assisting with developing and administrating engaging online and in-person training programs for the various part-time roles across all events and venues.
- Lead the development and implementation of elevated communication strategies, including employee specific ‘Know Before You Go’s’ and briefing notes for CSEC events and venues.
- Assist with reviewing, actioning, and following up with fan experience and security department administration related projects, event reports, employee management, inventory management, or other tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support for the venue guest services/relations programs, and accessibility ambassador teams and operations. Conduct best practice and innovation research to drive continuous improvement and fan experience excellence.
- Support the Fan Experience scheduler for scheduling and payroll functions as needed.
- Coordinate credential and parking communication, documentation, requests, and distribution.
- Provide administrative support for the fan experience and security leadership teams in developing operating programs, resourcing, SOP’s, and training programs for the new event centre, Scotia Place.
- Other duties as assigned.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in security, event operations, or fan experience/customer service, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment, is an asset.
- Supervision of part-time employees is considered an asset.
- Exceptional administration skills and adaptability with computer operating software, AI, and systems are required.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks within a large, dynamic department.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration-focused skills.
- Schedule flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required.

**CERTIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma/designation in a security, events or fan experience field is an asset.
- Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification is considered an asset.

**This position will remain open until 3:00pm Tuesday, June 17th, 2025.**
