**THE POSITION**
The Fan Experience Team Member is responsible for greeting guests arriving at the Saddledome, and McMahon Stadium, scanning game and concert tickets, escorting guests to their seats, answering any questions and providing directions around the building, and presenting themselves in a professional and approachable manner at all times.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Scan game, concert, and conference tickets;
- Develop a strong building knowledge to be able to advise guests on building matters;
- Solve any guest conflicts or concerns;
- Develop a strong understanding of CSEC standards and policies;
- Report any guest issues to Supervisors, Managers and Security as required;
- Implement CSEC’s Four Pillars of Customer Service in the role to create a strong customer service approach;
- Provide a world class guest experience through being informed, enthusiastic, professional;
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow policies;
- All others duties as assigned.
**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- This position requires a reliable source of transportation as some events are off site.
- High school diploma is considered an asset;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work outside if necessary;
