**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic **National Account Manager** to join our growing team at a leading **Master Distributor of sanitation and hygiene cleaning chemicals** across Canada.

In this role, you’ll manage key national and regional accounts, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships within the **janitorial, sanitation, and industrial cleaning sectors**. **What You’ll Do**
- Manage and grow relationships with major national and regional distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in janitorial supply, facility services, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless execution.
- Conduct business reviews and performance analysis with key accounts to align on objectives and growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes in the sanitation and hygiene industry.
- Provide market insights to influence product strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5-7+ years** of B2B sales experience, including **3+ years managing national or key accounts**.
- Experience in **distribution, chemicals, janitorial/sanitation, or industrial supplies** industries.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field** preferred.
- Ability to travel across Canada (approx. 10-25%).
