OverviewOur client, a growing and well-established food manufacturer, is looking to add an experienced National Account Manager to their existing sales team. This role will manage key national grocery retailers, enterprise accounts, and independent retailers across Canada, with a strong focus on driving profitable sales growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with national grocery chains, enterprise retailers, and key independent accountsDevelop and execute account strategies to achieve sales, margin, and distribution targetsDrive new listings, distribution expansion, and shelf optimizationLead pricing, promotional planning, and executionTrack promotional performance and manage trade spend budgetsPrepare forecasts, sales analysis, and account performance reportingCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure strong retail executionQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in an Account Manager or National Account Manager roleFood industry / CPG experience is requiredProven experience working with national retailers and/or large enterprise accountsStrong understanding of retail pricing, promotions, and trade spend managementAnalytical, organized, and commercially drivenStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsWhy Join?Competitive base salary ($120K–$130K) plus bonusHigh-impact role managing national retail relationshipsOpportunity to influence brand growth and commercial strategyCollaborative, growth-oriented food organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
