Richardson Sport Inc provides non-competitive sports and instruction programs, introducing children between 16 months and 12 years to fitness and physical literacy, engaging in a variety of popular sports, including: baseball, basketball, football, golf, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. At Richardson Sport Inc. we strive to boost self-esteem and foster a passion for physical activity and sports in children, while ensuring both safety and inclusion for all ages. We are currently seeking a part-time Sport Program Coordinator looking to bring vibrancy and passion to the position in order to help create unforgettable experiences.
- Can successfully manage and lead a small team of approximately 6-8 team members.
- Can maintain and distribute necessary information to team members in an organized manner.
- Able to coordinate successfully with other team leaders and company managers.
- Maintains a friendly and outgoing disposition within a child-friendly environment.
- Computer literate and capable of learning new systems as required by the position.
- A demonstrated history of handling and maintaining sports equipment.
- Previous experience with the training and management of a small team of 6-8 team members.
- Must possess Class 5 Driver’s License and provide driving record upon request.
- Must submit to and pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must possess Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C qualifications.

As a part of this position, the Sport Program Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Conducting the hiring, training, and assessment of team members in a leadership role.
- Appropriately staffing programs and other events through scheduling of team members.
- Organizing, implementing, and maintaining a calendar for company sports programs.
- Maintaining cleanliness and condition of sports equipment inventory.
- Collaborating and corresponding with partner organizations to manage programs.
- Assisting with creation and distribution of promotional material for programs and events.
- Transporting sports equipment to and from program sites.
- Adapting and conducting company programs and activities at program sites.
- Ensuring safety and well-being of participants throughout company programs and activities.
- Completing other tasks as required by the office manager.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
