We're looking for both experienced **Skilled Carpenters** and **Apprentices**who are eager to grow with us and contribute to a professional and positive team culture.

**What You’ll Do**
- Skilled Carpenter Responsibilities:_
- Perform tasks such as framing, trim work, decking, siding and custom installations
- Interpret blueprints and project plans
- Work independently and as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and jobsite safety
- Apprentice Carpenter Responsibilities:_
- Assist skilled carpenters with all phases of construction
- Learn on the job: framing, finish work, tool use, and site prep
- Maintain tools, clean worksites, and follow safety procedures
- Show motivation, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

**What We’re Looking For**
- Skilled Carpenter: 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial carpentry
- Apprentice Carpenter: some experience necessary, must be reliable and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic tool set (preferred, especially for skilled carpenters)
- Clean Criminal Record Check
