Job Overview:
We are seeking a carpenter and or skilled laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in various trades such as flooring installation, roofing, construction painting, electrical work, fabrication, heavy lifting, drywall installation, concrete forming, and more. If you have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform skilled tasks in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Install and repair flooring materials such as hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.
- Assist with roof installation and repair projects
- Perform electrical work such as wiring and installation of fixtures
- Fabricate components using various tools and equipment
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed
- Restore surfaces by sanding, patching, and refinishing
- Install drywall and perform finishing work
- Assist with concrete forming for foundations, slabs, or other structures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in skilled labor positions or relevant trades
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials
- Ability to fabricate components based on specifications
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques and finishing work
- Familiarity with concrete forming processes

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
