**Your day to day activities will include**:

- Entering customers’ orders
- Ensuring the timely resolution of any issues that arise with sales, production, invoicing, etc. and communicating effectively with all affected parties
- Negotiating customer emergency deliveries and working closely with production to prioritize deliveries
- Assisting Accounts Receivable and providing back up as required
- Assisting and provide back up to the Invoice Clerks
- Working with Quality Control to ensure all QA requirements accompany loads as required
- Working closely with collections staff
- Generating various reports and supporting the Sales Team
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate in French (both written and oral) is an asset
- Proficiency in Office 365 required (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
- Experience in an ERP system is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with EDI (receive and export Retail Customers’ orders in EDI system) is an asset
