**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arrow Machine & Fabrication Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and CRM systems is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
