Sealand has an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join and support our team of construction professionals.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead + Manage the project team and all project stakeholders
- Responsible to run the project day to day + Keep moving the project forward
- Steady force, cadence & consistency
- Creates clarity | focus | accountability | concise communication across the project
- The glue who holds the project together
- Lead full cycle of a project: design & planning |pre-construction |construction | close-out
- Document clearly in a timely manner, all changes to the contract documents
- Negotiate and document trade contract changes to manage risk and ensure project success
- An intimate understanding of Contract Documents | Scope of Work | Design
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks to projects
- Expected to travel regularly
- Strong advocate and leader of the Sealand’s Health & Safety program and is responsible to ensure everyone on site complies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum five to ten year's experience in construction project management
- Reputation for well-managed | executed projects
- Extensive hands-on experience in estimating, procurement and managing construction sites.
- Extensive experience in managing projects in various construction delivery methods to include Design Build, Construction Management at Risk, and Design + Bid + Build formats
- Proven ability to effectively manage project team, field crew, trade contractors, public agencies, facility operators, utility companies, suppliers, consultants, and client through the full cycle of a project
- Understands construction and project management processes and project delivery sequences
- A post-secondary qualification in engineering and/or construction management
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Project scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A safety-first mentality, understanding the importance of safety both at the office and on project sites
- A valid driver’s license
