Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and directing projects from conception to completion - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Define the scope of work, project requirements and deliverables
- Identify the resources (labour, materials, equipment) to achieve project deliverables - Prepare project schedule indicating milestones and completion date - Ensure a scope, budget and schedule baseline are set prior to project execution - Ensure client and sub-contractor agreements are executed prior to the start of the
project - Track project progress based on the agreed reporting procedure
Plan and manage:
- Project resources, stakeholder communications, risks, change management, contract management
- Plan and manage project quality in conjunction with the Site Supervisor
- Ensure project deliverables are transitioned to the owner - Ensure the project is closed out in an efficient manner and all warranty and close out
documents are completed - Oversee and direct projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality - Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and
documenting meeting minutes - Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders - Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate progress and identify areas for
improvement
**Skills**:
- Minimum 3 years project management experience in the construction industry - siding specifically
- Experience and good working knowledge interpreting various drawings, consultant reports and spec packages. - Excellent knowledge of current building codes, standards and regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
