We are seeking a Supplier Account Manager for China The purpose of this role is to manage all elements of suppliers in China (cost, quality and delivery). The job will involve travelling to China between 1 to 4 times a year. Work will need to be done in the evenings or early mornings (1 hour plus) in order to communicate efficiently with the supplier on a daily basis.

**In this role you will**:

- Establish strong relationships with Chinese suppliers
- Measure supplier performance on cost, delivery and quality
- Analyze material requirement planning activities and process purchase orders in SysPro (MRp).
- Ensure that all supplier delivery dates are updated in SysPro (MRP) on a daily basis
- Expediate any late deliveries and work with suppliers to meet on time delivery requirements
- Oversee configuration management and design changes
- Work with the supplier on any quality issues and manage RMA’s, RTV’s, etc.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to organize pick up and transportation of all materials shipped.
- Process import logistics documents as cargo arrived, make sure all the freights can be well arranged upon different project requirements.
- Maintain and manage relative procurement administration activities including keeping department document and processing invoice queries.
Goal is to drive cost down in China and create cost savings opportunities
- Manage other suppliers in China
**We’d like to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 5 years experience in Account Management
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in Excel
