**Overview**

**Duties**
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to cut, bend, and shape metal materials.
- Install sheet metal products in various settings, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
- Perform welding tasks as required for structural integrity.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians and drywall installers, to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal work within larger projects.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role in the construction industry.
- Preferably experienced in AC/Refrigeration systems.
- Mostly residential but some commercial.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and machinery specific to sheet metal work.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.

Pay: $29.87-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 88 - 120 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
