*Job Summary*

*Duties*
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Perform tasks such as framing walls, partitions, doorways, windows, and roofs using carpenter's hand tools and power tools
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Proficient in various carpentry skills including roofing, masonry work, concrete forming, construction painting, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of CNC machinery is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Certification or apprenticeship as a Carpenter is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
